It's sold! Now what?
During the selling/buying process several emails are automatically sent out to keep everyone informed. As soon as the item is sold, both the seller and the buyer get an email to let them know it's time to contact each other. At this point, you'll need to arrange the delivery and payment with each other.
Around Kitsap allows the sellers to automatically process payments online via Paypal. Very convenient!
Be Prompt
Try to always answer e-mails, make payments and ship/deliver products within 24-48 hours. Sellers, be sure to indicate your delivery and response times when listing the product, in your 'Profile' and in your 'Store'. And because the unexpected can always happen, be sure to keep everyone informed.
Products are offered and purchased directly from Kitsap area businesses and individuals. Know whom you're doing business with - help others do the same by giving seller feedback.
Document
The unexpected does occasionally happen, so it's always best to document as much of the transaction as you can. If you're shipping the product, we recommend appropriate tracking and insurance.
